Billing & Credits #

Overclock is currently a paid, invite‑only beta. Credits are the unit your organization uses to pay for AI automation. Your plan grants a monthly allotment, and usage deducts from your balance.

Plans #

  • Starter: 2,000 credits/month — $29 USD
  • Pro: 15,000 credits/month — $199 USD
  • Agency / Enterprise: Contact us

  • Plans renew monthly and grant a fresh credit allotment at renewal

Credits #

Credits are the currency for running automations. Each action that requires computation or model calls consumes credits based on underlying resources (model, tokens, and tools used).

  • Your remaining balance is shown in the app (Settings → Usage)
  • When your plan renews, your monthly allotment is granted automatically
  • If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the billing period

What uses credits? #

  • Playbook runs and agent steps consume credits
  • Tool usage like web search, scraping, and advanced research accrues cost
  • Sending Slack or email outputs from a playbook may be free in some cases

Examples (subject to tuning): generating an image (fixed cost), web search, URL scraping, and “Ask the Web” calls each carry small per‑call costs. The app shows your running balance so you always know where you stand.

Running out of credits #

Credits do not roll over month‑to‑month. If you exhaust your monthly allotment, automations pause until your plan renews or you upgrade to a larger plan.

During paid beta we do not offer one‑off top‑ups; upgrading the plan increases your monthly credits.

Managing your subscription #

  • Upgrade, pause, or resume from Settings → Billing
  • Changing plans takes effect on your next renewal (unless otherwise indicated in‑app)
  • If your subscription is cancelled, it remains active until the end date shown in Billing

Frequently Asked Questions #

What happens if I run out of credits?

Automations pause until you add credits (via a bundle) or your plan renews. We’ll surface low‑balance states in the app.

Do credits expire?

Monthly allotments refresh each renewal period. Credits do not roll over.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

We don’t offer refunds for consumed or unused credits. If something looks off, contact support and we’ll help.

Where can I see detailed usage?

Open Settings → Usage for your history and balances. Billing details are in Settings → Billing.

Is Overclock invite‑only?

Yes. New sign‑ups require an invite code during paid beta.

How do invites work?

Paid users have a limited number of invites to share. When your invitee subscribes, you may receive a one‑time credit bonus.
